RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Benguella Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, an equal opportunity employer, is a marine equipment, supplier and safety equipment service centre with more than 50 years trading experience. We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Office Administrator who is dynamic, self-disciplined, organised person and that can meet the following requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answering Telephone
2. Filing and Archiving
3. Stationery / Printing stock control
4. Document control
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:
1. Must be a Namibian citizen.
2. Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with accounting as a subject all passed with D or above.
3. Computer literate
4. Fluent in Afrikaans and English
5, Must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
6. Police Clearance Certificate.
7. Willing to undergo relevant psychometric assessments.
