This is an end-to-end Management Role, responsible for ensuring that all Non-Foods /
Hardware operations within the store are executed and optimized in accordance with
Company standards, while delivering a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.
Job Description:
- Handle Daily Responsibilities that come with Managing a branch.
- Ensure that the Company Policy and Procedures are Upheld and Adhered to.
- Ensure that Effective and Efficient Customer Service is carried out.
- Oversee Store Layout.
- Liable for the Store Admin.
- Dealing with Customer Queries.
- Implementing Strategies to Increase sales.
- Maintaining Store Standards.
- Managing Staff Performance.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent. A Tertiary Qualification will be to your advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ Retail Management experience, essential.
- A Team player, with good Communication Skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Must be energetic and able to cope with the long hours.
- Ability to Manage a Retail store across boundaries.
- Computer Literate.
- Knowledge in Industrial Relations.
- Namibian Citizen.
