Job Description:
• Students’ Engagement, Support, Retention and Success
• Administration of teaching and learning and students’ records, .etc.
Requirements:
• A minimum of eight (8) years’ of provable work experience in Customer Service
and/or administration of records
• Highly focused on work outcomes
• Very friendly, proactive, people (Human Relations Skills)’s person with a strong
sense of humor and assertive mind
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, Strong attention to detail and
accuracy, Experience of writing substantial reports marketing.
• Strong self-confidence and eager to take leadership responsibility in a creating
awareness, leading students’ recruitments process, engagement, retention, and
success, etc. and prepared and committed to work beyond standard working
hours where work demands might necessitate to be so.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Hold a Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Records and
Archives Management or any other related qualification
• Any additional qualification in education would be an added advantage.
