Key Responsibilities
- Capturing supplier invoices and allocating client receipts daily
- Weekly bank, speedpoint and fuel reconciliations for all companies
- Monthly debtor, creditor and petty cash reconciliations
- Preparing PAYE, SSC and VAT submissions on time
- Monthly P&L and management reporting
- Enforcing purchase order and payment authorisation controls
- Supporting the external accountant with year-end and audit
- Supervising admin processes, filing and record-keeping
- Managing office purchasing and stock levels
- Liaising with banks, suppliers and service providers
Requirements
- Based in Windhoek
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping
- At least 3 years’ bookkeeping experience, including full reconciliations
- Working knowledge of Sage Pastel (Express and Sage One)
- Hands-on experience preparing PAYE, SSC and VAT returns and submissions
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience supervising admin processes or staff
- Organised, accurate, and able to meet deadlines without being chased
