The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture is the Namibian government department responsible for overseeing the country’s education system, from early childhood through tertiary levels, as well as promoting arts and preserving cultural heritage. Headquartered in Windhoek, the ministry manages public schools, curriculum development, teacher training, and educational policy across Namibia’s 14 regions.
