Employers also look for proven experience in supervising store teams and managing inventory.
What are the typical day-to-day responsibilities of a Relief Manager in this sector?
The role involves overseeing daily store operations when the permanent manager is absent, ensuring shelves are stocked, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will coordinate with suppliers, handle cash reconciliation, and address customer complaints promptly. Additionally, you train and motivate staff to meet sales targets and adhere to company policies.

Successful performance can lead to a permanent Store Manager position, overseeing a single outlet or multiple stores within a region.
