Key Responsibilities

To identify and visit new businesses to increase market share
Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key customers
Assess sales patterns and target specific customers, or product and maintain an array of opportunities to ensure sales goals are achieved
Monitor revenue and profitability trends of our top accounts and insurances customers
Maintaining stock level and the correct mix to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Drive the sales team by providing motivation, resources and training to achieve sustainable revenue and profitability of the branch
Maintain control and procedures for the warehouse with regular stock counts
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Supervise, monitor and motivate team performances daily
Liaise and visit customers regularly

Requirements

Grade 12 with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
Experience in automotive parts industry will be an added advantage
Must have a determined and persistent character who is not afraid to look at new markets and customers to increase sales
Exceptional level of drive and passion for results
Strong leadership qualities and proven ability to manage a team
Competitive, results driven and a self-starter with a strong focus on customer service
