The Republic of Namibia Ministry of Finance is a constitutional organ of the Government of the Republic of Namibia, headquartered in Windhoek. It is responsible for formulating and implementing national fiscal policy, managing public finances, collecting domestic revenue through the Namibian Revenue Agency, and overseeing the national budget process. The Ministry operates exclusively within Namibia and reports directly to the President and National Assembly. Its functions are defined under the Namibian Constitution and the Public Finance Management Act of 2014.
