Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support SD-WAN solutions, including VMware VeloCloud, FortiGate, and Cisco Meraki platforms.
- Produce and maintain customer solution technical implementation and support documentation.
- Proactively monitor SLA-backed network circuits using network monitoring systems, identifying trends, mitigating risks, and preventing potential outages.
- Manage ticket queues and resolution timelines, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members to ensure performance and SLA targets are met.
- Communicate effectively with customers, delivering expert-level technical feedback, incident updates, and post-incident reports.
- Root cause analysis and producing detailed Reasons for Outage (RFO) reports.
- Oversee and support on-site installations of network equipment, providing technical leadership, validation, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent networking certification will be advantageous
- Experience working in a managed services provider (MSP), ISP or telecommunications environment.
