Requirements
- Master’s Degree at level NQF9 in Media, Business Administration or related field.
- eight (8) to ten (10) years’ experience, applicable to the responsibilities of this position, on Senior Management level.
- Proven leadership in a complex organisation.
- Experience in financial and operational management
- Strategic leadership and vision
- Strong understanding of media ethics and media freedom
- Corporate governance and compliance knowledge
- Financial acumen and resource management
- Stakeholder engagement (government, media, public)
- Change management and digital transformation capability
