Ministry of Works and Transport / Roads Contractor Company (RCC). To serve as Board Members for the Roads Contractor Company (RCC), a wholly state-owned enterprise responsible for constructing and maintaining road infrastructure, for a period of three years.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Board Member of the RCC.
Requirements
- An appropriate Masters-Degree at NQF Level 9 (or an equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Law, or Strategic Management.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ working experience, of which five (5) years should be at a Senior Managerial or Executive Level in the relevant field.
- Previous Board experience in a Public Enterprise, as well as business experience and/or business acumen, would be an added advantage.
- Must be a Namibian citizen.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Applicant must not be currently a member of 2 Boards of Public Enterprises.
