Position Overview

A Sausage Maker is responsible for producing high-quality sausages by managing all stages of the process-from meat selection and preparation to grinding, seasoning, stuffing, and packaging-while ensuring compliance with FIFO stock rotation, food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with over the counter sales while providing customer service excellence.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Grade 12 (NQF 4)

• Computer Literate

• 5 Years’ experience in Butchery

• 3 Years’ experience in sausage making

Literacy

• Good English comprehension (speak, write, read)

• Basic numeracy and skills and calculations.
