Finance Manager

Netvend Metering Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen revenue assurance, optimise cash flow, and support strategic business objectives within our rapidly growing prepaid metering and vending environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Monitor vending revenue, analyse variances, and implement measures to prevent revenue leakage.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage financial forecasting.

• Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and internal financial controls.

• Manage reconciliations, including vending transactions, float accounts, bank accounts, and settlement cycles.

• Support compliance with statutory requirements and assist with internal and external audits.

• Enhance internal financial governance, processes, and reporting standards.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).

• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, including 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

• Experience in prepaid vending, utilities, fintech, metering, or payments is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of prepaid vending systems, reconciliations, and financial control environments.

• Excellent analytical abilities, leadership skills, and communication competence.
