About the Role

• Assist passengers with inquiries and bookings.

• Manage flight bookings and re-booking’s efficiently

• Provide direct sales and after-sale support

• Maintain high-quality service standards

What we’re Looking For?

• C1 proficiency in German & fluent in English

• Grade 11 (new curriculum) or Grade 12 Certificate

• Customer service experience

• A home office setup with stable ground fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)

• Namibian citizen, permanent or domicile resident

• Willingness to do shift work
