MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Grade 12 plus National Diploma NQF: Level 6 in Accounting.
Bachelor Degree will be added as an advantage.
3 years appropriate experience and 2-year supervisory experience
Finance in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrator with Accountant as a major subject.
Practical working knowledge and understanding International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS) • Sound Knowledge of the public Sector Procurement Act, 2015 (Act no 15 of 2015)
Sound Knowledge of the Finstel Financial Systems Management and financial accounting skills, analytical skills, planning and organizational skills, computer literacy, customer’s oriented, time management, self-starting initiative
Be a Namibian citizen
