Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, producing and creating of food menus for the assigned kitchen.

Ensure that the products used in the kitchen is of the highest quality and that consistency is achieved and maintained.

Requirements

Diploma for culinary school or apprenticeship or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in an Asian establishment. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
