Receptionist and Orders Co-ordinator
The Receptionist and orders Co-ordinator operates the switchboard by handling incoming and outgoing calls, takes messages, receives visitors, determines their needs and directs them accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Receives incoming telephone calls and visitors
Controls and records messages
Administer mail and courier items
Monitor incoming mails, orders and distribute to respective departments
Organise internal facilities.
Accountable for telephone systems
Interface for suppliers
General assistance and troubleshooting responsibility for sales tools (cell phones, laptops and tablets) and IT Systems (SAP, Skynamo and Tableau)
Booking of internal/external facilities accommodation relating to Sales Operation events/functions
Administer sales orders
Control Sheet verification and communication of orders and control sheets not received on a daily basis
Support Telesales with order capturing
Support sales administrator when and where required
Work in close co-operation with all departments
Execute any reasonable and legal instruction given by Supervisor/Management
Qualification and Preferred Traits
The successful candidate must have:
Grade 12
Certificate in Business Administration
Two (2) years’ experience
