WINDHOEK INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL offers outstanding opportunities for the following positions with a rolling start date.

• 1 X PRIMARY YEARS PROGRAMME TEACHER (1 JANUARY 2024)

Teacher candidates must possess:
• an excellent command of the English language;
• a recognised teaching qualification;
• at least have 5 years’ teaching experience in the relevant subjects and experience with the International Baccalaureate’s PYP, MYP, and/or DP curriculum framework;
• evidence of success with a student-centered approach to teaching.
• Candidates applying for teaching positions are expected to have training and/ or experience in delivering student-centered learning and experience teaching the curriculum framework of the International Baccalaureate.

Educational Assistant candidates must possess:

• an excellent writing, reading, and speaking command of the English language;
• at least have 3 years’ teaching experience in the field of education;
• evidence of success with a student-centered approach to teaching.
