AUTOMARK SALES MANAGER – Indongo Toyota 66 views

Indongo Toyota is seeking to fill the position of New Vehicles and Automark Sales Manager at our Toyota dealership in Walvis Bay.

To manage and supervise the total New & Automark vehicle sales function for Indongo Toyota Walvis Bay.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

Manage the New & Used Sales Department.
Lead and develop a highly efficient sales team
Achieve and exceed targets and budgets.
Effectively manage and control vehicle stock levels.
Meet Toyota Standards and effectively manage the Sales Development Program.
Maintain CE at Lighthouse or Gold levels.
Exploit market and marketing opportunities.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Good communication skills with customers and all departmental staff members.
Be a contributing member of the Management team.
Adhere to group standards and policies.
Maintain a High level of Engaged Staff.
Maintain the Indongo Way program and culture.

Minimum Grade 12, preferably a post school qualification.
At least 7 years’ experience in the vehicle sales industry.
Driver’s license.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Moto data)
Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous.
