To implement fit-for-purpose home loan solutions for country in alignment with Product and country objectives in order to aggressively grow the client base and deliver on its financial and non-financial objectives.
Interacts with multiple stakeholders in country (e.g., business lines, Universal Capabilities, Corporate Functions, etc.) in order to drive synergies and teamwork needed to deliver the product solutions. Plays an active role in providing input to L&D on new product features to enable L&D to incorporate learnings into learning material for segments and Branches teams.
Works with Finance to forecast monthly balance sheet performance and NII and obtains financial dashboards. IT support provides transactional listing and database management and obtain feedback on credit risk performance and the management of credit parameters from Credit.
