The successful incumbent will be based at A. Rosenthal and report to the Branch Manager

Principal Accountabilities:

• Effective control of received stock
• Regular and correct filing of waybills
• Correct administrating of firearms dispatch & receiving register
• Ensures that stock is up to date (checking expiry dates and quantities)
• Ensures that the goods receiving process is followed
• Responsible for taking note of damaged stock
• Responsible for initiating returns
• Responsible for handling all aspects of the till if and when required
• Comparing product description on system towards actual product
• Responsible for verifying payments on account
• Adhering to cashier procedures
• Receiving of correct cash payments for products purchased by customers
• Delivery of customer service (Being available to internal and external clients, e.g. product advise, product location, pricing)

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Namibian citizenship
• A Grade 12 certificate
• 3 years related experience
• Computer literacy (Sage X3 and computerised point of sale)
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• A valid driver’s license
