Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Paratus policies, procedures, and operational practices.
• Install servers, storage appliances, firewalls, switches, routers, and other hardware.
• Help to test and troubleshoot server/network hardware components.
• Configure and troubleshoot operating system-related issues.
• Resolve technical issues with little to no escalation.
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the availability and performance of mission critical services.
• Contribute to efforts and take part in projects for the deployment, maintenance, and support of customer and data center infrastructure across the hardware, networking, and software fields.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving critical or escalated technical issues regarding affected infrastructure.
• Work as part of a technical team that ensures 24-hour customer support and manage standby responsibilities as needed.
• Manage technical relationships with customers.

Your Qualifications and Required Role Attributes:

• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
• 2 years of technical experience deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise systems.
• Relevant CompTIA, Microsoft, Fortinet, VMware, or Cisco certifications, and/or IT diploma/degree
• Valid Code B (or higher) driver’s license.
• Own transport.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to collaborate and partner with those teams to overcome challenges.

• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
• Experience with customer-facing services and migrations and advocating for customer needs.
• Understanding of operating systems, computer and server hardware, and networking concepts, tools, and protocols.
