Must have Namibian citizenship or resedency.
The chef we require will be at senior level overseeing the entire kitchen function. Train the inhouse chefs and kitchen staff to the next level standards as well maintaining such. The applicant should be able to work independently and have experience in a 5 star establishment. Should have a diploma from a recognised institution with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Food costing ability will be a must with at least 3 to 5 years experience in the cullenary industry. Integrity driven individual will preferred.
