PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY)

To Supervise Welding Team and

Build frames, repair skips and other equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Grade 12
• Driver’s license will be an advance
• 5 – 10 years’ experience with welding/boiler making
• 5 – 10 years’ experience supervision & leadership experience

KEY SKILLS

• Repairs and maintenance on all skips, equipment etc. – Do all welding repairs on trucks/vehicles Assist with all repairs and maintenance
• Do all skip repairs and sprays on skips
• Build frames and other necessary equipment for the company
• Supervise the Yard Welding team
• Timeous & quality completion job cards
• Ensure all Welding & Boilermaker HR & OSHE Policies & procedures are adhere to
