OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: PROVISION
The successful incumbent will be based at ProVision and report to the
General Manager: Human Resources
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Providing administrative support to
the ProVision team
•Ensure that training programmes are
planned well in advance
•Proactively and timeously, allocate
training programmes to the Technical
Advisors
• Meet and greet visitors at all levels of
seniority
•Attending to a variety of
administrative duties, and resolving
queries
•Stock management
•Fleet and maintenance coordination
• Ensuring that ProVision offices are
always professionally presented
•Assist with producing documents,
briefing papers, reports and
presentations
• Devising and maintaining office
systems, including data management,
filing, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality related to all
documentation and information
•Providing marketing, sales and
logistical support for training events
•Providing administrative and logistical
support for other projects and
services
•Ensuring invoicing for clients are
done timeously and correct
• Managing office purchases
•Promotion and sale of ProVision
services through various means
•Pro-Actively engage with
stakeholders for training co-operation
and funding
•Pro-Actively follow up on all potential
co-operation and funding leads
•Pro-Actively nurse client relationships
in order to identify cross selling
opportunities
•Act as lead brand ambassador for
ProVision
•Organising of special events
QUALIFICATIONS AND
ATTRIBUTES:
• Namibian citizenship
• A Grade 12 Certificate
•Proven experience in engagement
and successfully fostering
relationships with private/public sector
•Knowledge on course design,
facilitation and funding mechanisms,
is a requirement
•Excellent communication in English.
additional languages will be an
advantage
•Presentation, proposal writing and
project management skills.
• An excellent financial knowledge
background will be an advantage
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office
package; basic Enterprise Resource
Planning system) is a requirement
•Knowledge on the agriculture/
farming sector will serve as distinct advantage
