We are seeking a General Store Manager and Bookkeeper for Damaraland Agri CC

• Place: Khorixas, Namibia

Position Title 1: General Store Manager

*Minimum Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in all aspects of day to day running and managing of a store.

*Formal Education and Training:

Presentable and well spoken.

Matric (HIGCSE) / NQF level 4 equivalents with Mathematics.

Management skills, including people management & financial management.

Customer Service.

Experience in Point of Sales programs will be an added advantage.

Valid driver’s license

Computer literate

*Key Responsibilities:

Control Stock. Buying / Orders. Sales. Marketing. Maintain Point of Sale and Pricing.

Hygiene & Housekeeping and Manage staff.

Receiving / GRV

Client account management

Transport and Coordination

Busines and team management

Focus on sales and target

Marketing strategy development

Customer relationship building

*Will be sent for training in the Arch program if no current experience.

Position Title 2: Bookkeeper

*Minimum Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting position

*Formal Education and Training:

Knowledge of the Quick books accounting package advantage

Presentable and well spoken.

Experience and liaison with SARS and SARS e-filling.

Matric (HIGCSE) / NQF level 4 equivalents with Mathematics and Accounting.

Management skills, including people management & financial management.

Customer Service.

Valid driver’s license
