The following exciting career opportunity is available at Rent-A-Drum Windhoek (Windhoek\Head Office\ HR & Admin) for a Receptionist
Responsibilities:
To answer the incoming telephone calls and to greet and assist visitors.
Be friendly, positive, well-spoken, well-ordered and presentable at all times.
Required Skills:
1-3 years’ experience as receptionist / frontline contact person
Grade 12
Excellent computer skills
Friendly, courteous, well spoken & presentable
Driver’s license & own vehicle will be an advantage
Computer literacy (Microsoft- Excel, Word, etc. & Outlook)
Candidate Requirements & Key Competencies:
Switchboard
Receive & welcome visitors and clients
General Administrative Duties
