Geologist – Osino Namibia Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Osino is a well-funded Canadian gold exploration company focused on advancing its exciting portfolio of gold projects in Namibia, including the recent Twin Hills gold discovery. For our wholly-owned subsidiary, Osino Namibia Holdings (Pty) Ltd, we are seeking candidates for the following position:

Geologist

• BSc Honours or higher (in Geology or Earth Sciences) with 3-5 years’ industry experience with at least 2 years in exploration, and previous gold exploration or mining experience advantageous
• Computer literacy (MS Office) including GIS software (ArcGIS preferable), and 3D exploration/ modelling software advantageous
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Driver’s licence essential
• Exposure to best practice Safety, Health and Environmental policies will be advantageous
• Field based in camps and at our regional exploration office/site in Omaruru Reporting to Senior Geologist
