The ideal candidate is a Namibian citizen, suitably qualified with a bachelor’s degree and 3- 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role/environment. Additionally, the individual should demonstrate excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, display an aptitude for managing corporate projects and events and possess strong people management capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of support in the daily operational management of the Office of the CEO and other senior executives and take ownership of all administrative functions. The position reports to the Ashburton Namibia CEO.
