- A Bachelor or Honor’s Degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
- A Clean record of 5 years of continuous work experience in Human Resources or Quality Assurance environment.
- Strong personality, organised and focused, self-disciplined and focused.
- Competence and ability to administer staff recruitment, training and development, staff benefits, staff affairs, staff engagement, support and retention, disciplinary actions, staff loans, staff records, and other functions, perform tasks within the set timelines in a busy work environment.
