Key Responsibilities

• To oversee the stock control and procurement cycle in the Food & Beverage department of the Hotel, for both inventory & non-inventory items.
• To implement preventative and remedial measures to minimize financial losses arising as a result of stock loss.
• To implement and oversee compliance in terms of the Public Procurement Act.

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience in Hospitality or Retail in a similar position.
• Knowledge or past experience in working in a stores and procurement environment.
• High level of computer proficiency on MS Office.
• Knowledge of NEBULA or similar Point of Sale systems will be advantageous.
• To display a high level of integrity and honesty at all times.
• Previous working experience or knowledge of the Public Procurement Act of 2015 would be advantageous.
