CREDITORS CONTROLLER
LOCATION: WINDHOEK

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

Indongo Toyota is seeking a skilled and experienced Creditors Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s supplier function and ensuring smooth financial operations. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, operations, and accountants to guarantee that all transactions are accurately captured and processed in line with company policies and procedures.

• Receive and distribute supplier invoices for approval and processing

• Anomalies brought to the Financial Managers attention timeously and proactively

• Reconciliation of assigned General Ledger accounts to be updated and cleared monthly

• Prepare and submit reports and correspondence required by suppliers and line management

• All invoices comply with VAT requirements and authorize within agreed authority

• Handle account queries efficiently and professionally

• Administer petty cash controls for dealership if required

• Obtain best payment terms available

• Various ad hoc creditors duties

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Motodata/Evolve, Microsoft Excel will be advantageous)

• At least 5 years’ experience in this field

• Bookkeeping or other relevant qualification

• Automotive experience will be advantageous
