Job description
· Responsible for monitoring and controlling the flow of materials, personal protective equipment, supplies, tools, machinery, and equipment.
· Dispatch and delivery of products
· Safekeeping and store maintenance
· Good knowledge and understanding of OHSE systems and requirements.
· Housekeeping in accordance with Quality and safety systems
· Monitor the key performance indicators such as movement, damage and on time dispatching.
· Stocktaking
· Ordering of stock and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Minimum requirements
· Namibian citizen
· Grade 12 with 20 points and an E symbol in English
· 2 – 3 years ‘experience in storeroom or warehousing environment
· Valid driver’s license, Code B
· Valid Forklift certificate
· Fully computer literate, in E-mail and Microsoft Office
· Proficiency in Oshiwambo is a distinct advantage.
· Good interpersonal and customer services skills are essential.
