Indongo Toyota is seeking to fill the position of Diagnostic Technician at our dealership in Walvis Bay.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Consistently interpret and implement technical skill
Perform accurate diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on vehicles within set efficiencies
Maintain a Fix it Right, First Time Policy
Create customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional approach in dealing with guests
Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication
Ensure and maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency and be able to work under pressure
Passion for excellence and results driven
Liaise with foreman & technicians on work completed, vehicle status and completion times
Ad hoc tasks if and when required

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 certificate
Qualified technician with at least 5 years experience in this field (Petrol and/ or Diesel Technician)
Valid driver’s license
Excellent Job Card Writing and Reporting skills
Previous experience at a Toyota Franchise and/ or any additional Automotive Qualifications may be considered as an added advantage.
