N/a’an ku sê Kanaan Desert retreat is looking for an experienced and driven team
player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to join our team as a
Receptionist/Hostess at Naankuse Kanaan Desert Retreat:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Handling client payments.
· Managing client check-ins and check-outs.
· Providing information and assistance to guests.
· Conducting stock inventory.
· Demonstrating proficiency in composing professional emails.
· Being flexible to work in other departments.
· Keeping the reception clean.
· Upselling activities to clients.
· Having a general knowledge of Microsoft apps.
· Booking clients onto our system, Semper.
· Checking on guests and hosting.

Requirements:

Driver’s license can be an advantage.
· Willing to work remotely.
· 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Strong work ethic.
· Computer literate.
· Valid first aid certificate.
· Must be a Namibian citizen.
· Work effectively unsupervised.
· Fluent in English, Afrikaans. German will be advantageous.
· Living the Naankuse cultural values.

Kanaan is 550km from Windhoek and 170km from Maltahohe.
You will work 6 week on and get 2 weeks off
