Main Duties
Assisting members and HCPs with inquiries
Optical claims and confirmations
Follow up on incorrect claim assessment complaints
Written communication to members
Providing benefit confirmations according to the prescribed standard
Capturing of claims from members for payment
Daily emails and scanning of claims / corresclaims/correspondencepondence
Adhoc administration functions such as making copies, sending a fax as and when needed
Duty Requirement(s)
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary education.
1 – 2 years administration or customer service experience.
High competence with Excel, Word, anof d Outlook.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans, any other languages will be an advantage.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
