Core Responsibilities
· Formulate a database for old and new clients using Excel
· Formulate a communication channel with clients, agents, suppliers and other stakeholders
· Develop and improve the company’s market position and work closely with the director
· Act as a sales, business development and marketing representative
· Do a business research and report on the findings every Friday
· Create long-term sustainable insurance and newspaper documents
· Research and Develop a recruitment policy and draft recruitment contracts for sales
representatives, suppliers and other stakeholders
· Manage and train the new staff of sales representatives when available
· Answer queries and respond to emails from clients and the company Managing Director

Minimum Requirements
· Must have a 22 points in grade 12 with commerce as a field of study
· A Diploma in project management/business management/paralegal studies/marketing
· Good with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
· 1 – 2 years experience in insurance sales & marketing environment or related field will be an
added advantage
· Strong communication, business understanding and IT Fluency
· Must have own laptop
· Ability to respect business confidentiality, manage complex projects and multitask
