QUANTITY SURVEYOR – KNEUMAYER

VACANCY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.

• Must specialize in Civil, Earthworks and Structural Steel.

• Fully computer literate.

• Tertiary Qualification in Construction studies/Management.

• Valid Code of Conduct not older than 6 months.

• Valid Drivers license.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Must be able to travel for work.

• Experience in Candy/QTO will be advantageous.

• Must be able to read and understand contractual documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.

• Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.

• Monitor project progress and produce detailed reports.

• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
