Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to design and deliver engaging training materials

Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles

Familiarity with Namibian labor laws and industry standards
