1. Tender Buyer Windhoek

Requirements:

• Assist in contract buying and tender administration Perform tender administration and split tender document BOQ into various trades complete with specifications;
• Prepare a list with all trades and compile a supplier & subcontractor list;
• Send out by e mail complete tender enquiry to various suppliers & subcontractors according to different trades with all tender information and a required back date; If necessary, personally go to the supplier to collect quotations.
• Hand over completed file to estimator and upon tender finalization if anything else is required we action and process immediately;
• Attend site inspections or briefings virtually or on site;
