VACANCY 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Modelling, or Quantitative Analytics
  (Exceptional candidates with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree and significant experience may be considered.)

• At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in leading research, predictive modelling, or data analysis projects.

• Proven leadership in delivering results within tight timeframes and managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced skills in statistical analysis, modelling techniques, and strategic forecasting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of data structures, forecasting methodologies, and quantitative research.

• Ability to manage technical inputs, stakeholder consultations, and analytical processes.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and results orientation.

Terms

• Contract Type: Fixed-term consultancy (approx. 2 months)

• Location: Preferably based in Windhoek; can also work remotely
