2 X Shop Operators

JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver exceptional customer service to sport betting players/clients by providing superior sales service and interpreting client bet information on the bet ticket.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Attend to clients in a helpful and friendly manner
* Taking customer bets and capturing them on system and printing betslips
* Reconcile cash-up with daily financial reports
* Explaining the sport betting process to the clients
* Keeping the betshop clean and tidy at all times.
* Making sure that all weekly game fixtures are printed out and on the notice board

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

* Preferably a woman
* Computer User Skills
* Grade 10-12
* Namibian Citizen
* Valid police clearance certificate
* Excellent Customer Focus
* Attention to detail
* Professional And Friendly
* Good Interpersonal Skills
* No betting industry previous working experience required
