Sales Representative: Windhoek

Critical Requirements

• Grade 12
• MUST have a valid driver’s license (preferable C1)
• MUST be located in Windhoek
• Must be able to work with MS Office and Sage Evolution.

Other Requirements

• Working Monday to Saturday.
• English and Afrikaans literacy
• 2 years of experience working in mechanical / spare parts sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Actively contribute to team objectives and team collaboration.

Duties include:

• Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Generating leads, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with internal departments, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
• Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position QSP in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
