JOB PURPOSE

This dual role position is the front-line position, engaging with internal and external customers, providing top-notch assistance, resolving issues, managing orders and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. This ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channel, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating and increasing sales

• Actively sourcing and engaging with potential customers

• Customer support

• Manage and process customer orders

• Market research and reporting

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams, customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business management will be advantage

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

• Experience in the FMCG market

• Must have experience in E-Commerce/online sales

• Namibia Citizen
