Namibia Association of Medical Aid Funds (Namaf) is seeking the Recruitment of Chief Executive Officer (Executive Recruitment Services). The role purpose is to provide executive recruitment services for the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the full recruitment process.
- Advertising.
- Shortlisting.
- Competency-based interviews.
- Psychometric assessments.
- Submission of a comprehensive interview report to Namaf’s Management Committee.
Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced recruitment agencies.
- Agencies must demonstrate proven experience in recruiting CEOs or heads of organisations.
- Agencies must meet all statutory compliance requirements.
