Minimum requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, registered with the professional body. Five (5) years of progressively related management work experience and valid driver’s license.
Competencies and attributes:
Supervision, technical report writing, interpreting technical drawings, time management, occupational health and safety knowledge, planning and organizing, delegation, project management, team leadership, computer skills, research and development problem solving and analysis, decision making, demonstrated planning, design, construction administration expertise which includes budget, analysis, and administrative processes.
