Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce institute policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and manage compliance documentation
- Oversee learner file management and staff training
- Coordinate corrective actions and maintain policy register
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Education, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of accreditation processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
