PROJECT QUALITY SPECIALIST

LOCATION: REMOTE / TWIN HILLS GOLD MINE SITE

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Quality Specialist to join the Twin Hills Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction quality standards are met while driving continuous improvement and compliance with industry and legislative requirements. This role will work closely with consultants, contractors, and Osino/Shanjin management to ensure the Project is delivered to the highest quality, safety, and performance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain and administer the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, FDA CFR Part 820, etc.).
· Coordinate QA/QC activities across consultants, contractors, and the Owner’s Project Team. Monitor construction quality outputs to ensure work meets design, safety, and schedule requirements.
· Lead investigations into non-conformance issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track performance.
· Support and host internal/external audits, ensuring site readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Provide training and guidance to foster a culture of quality throughout the project team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
· Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar certification from ASQ or other recognized body.
· 5–10 years’ experience in QA/QC roles, with proven mine and process / metallurgical plant construction experience.
· Familiarity with ISO quality systems, root cause analysis, and QA tools.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
· Experience with MS Office and QA-related software (SAP QM, EtQ Reliance, etc).
· Namibia Project implementation, mining and Gold Process Plant implementation would be advantageous.
· A valid driver’s license and medical fitness for site work.
