B. Sc., B. Tech., or B. Eng. in Electrical Engineering (Power) or equivalent as recognized by the Namibian Qualification Authority; NQF level 7.
Certificate in Project Management.
Registration (Pr Eng/ Inc. Eng in-training) with the Engineering Council of Namibia.
5 years professional experience.
2 years in electrical engineering (MV/LV).
2 years supervisory experience.
Code B Driver License.
