Daily responsibilities include delivering lectures or practical sessions, marking assignments and assessments, and providing academic support to students—often scheduled in evenings or weekends to accommodate working learners. Benefits vary significantly: most part-time instructors are engaged on contract basis and do not automatically receive medical aid or pension contributions unless specified in the agreement.
